1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PKMega ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at pkmega.cam and all associated services, content and functionality offered therein.

PKMega is an online sports betting and casino information platform operated for Pakistani players. By accessing, registering on or using PKMega in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the PKMega platform. Continued use following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account as part of an offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in an Account that have met all applicable wagering and verification requirements for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed and at other stages as determined by the operator.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity operating the platform and its gambling services. Where international licensing applies, details are provided within the operator's platform.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account and use PKMega's gambling services. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that participating in online gambling is not prohibited by Applicable Law in your jurisdiction. PKMega does not verify the legality of gambling in every user's jurisdiction and expressly disclaims responsibility for any user who participates in breach of Applicable Law.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.4 Acting on Own Behalf

You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee or representative of any third party when placing wagers or using the Platform.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

PKMega and/or the Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or international passport — both sides required for CNIC.
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement, typically issued within the last three months) where required.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming document ownership.
• Confirmation of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account).

4.3 Document Integrity

You must never alter, obscure, falsify or tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. Only upload documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal — never through unsecured chat, email or third-party messaging services.

4.4 Account Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account password. You agree not to share login credentials with any third party. PKMega will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

Deposits may be made through payment methods made available by the Operator from time to time. These may include familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These payment providers do not endorse or support gambling activities and their names are cited as familiar references only.

5.2 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) deposits are accepted, amounts will be reflected in your account currency as set by the Operator. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You represent that all funds deposited into your Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.

5.4 Declined Deposits

PKMega and the Operator are not responsible for deposits declined by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor. This may occur due to the policies of those providers regarding gambling-related transactions.

6 Withdrawals & Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders whose KYC documentation has been approved. Pending KYC verification will delay withdrawal processing until satisfactorily completed.

6.2 Processing Times

Processing times vary by method, operator settings and compliance screening requirements. E-wallet and mobile wallet withdrawals (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) may process faster than bank transfers under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah typically take one to five business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. No specific processing speed is guaranteed.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary based on your account level, chosen payment method and applicable operator policies.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

PKMega reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or if compliance checks are outstanding.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. General bonus terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated at the point of offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal caps: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashable amount.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

PKMega employs fraud-detection systems to identify bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion and multi-accounting. Any Account found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended and bonus funds — along with associated winnings — will be forfeited. PKMega's determination in such matters is final.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

New Account holders may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus subject to the specific offer terms available at registration. Welcome bonuses are available once per household, IP address and payment method. Wagering requirements, expiry dates and withdrawal caps apply as stated in the offer.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

PKMega and the Operator reserve the right to accept, decline or limit any wager at their absolute discretion, including on the grounds of suspicious betting patterns, known advantage play methods or potential integrity breaches.

8.2 Market Errors

In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced odds, technical glitches or data feed failures — PKMega reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not valid and will not be paid out.

8.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are subject to delay and suspension without notice, particularly during significant game events. Late bets that are accepted after a decisive event may be voided at the Operator's discretion.

8.4 Cricket & Sports Context

PKMega offers markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports for informational and entertainment context. PKMega has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, sports franchise or media body. Market coverage is provided as-is and is subject to availability.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on PKMega and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots or mechanical aids to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the house edge in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Collusion with other players or participation in any form of cheating or market manipulation.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity as deposits (money laundering).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by Applicable Law, unless lawful access has been independently confirmed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKMega Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall compilation thereof — is the property of PKMega or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform or display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from PKMega.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, PKMega, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages however arising.
• Errors, interruptions or delays in Platform service caused by factors outside PKMega's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures or force majeure events.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all wagers are placed at your own risk.

PKMega's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

PKMega is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated through the account dashboard without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum period (typically 30 days) or request permanent self-exclusion.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

14 Amendments to Terms

PKMega reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling licence. Where international licensing applies, the operator's licensing jurisdiction determines the governing law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through PKMega's complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
